1. Medical Suitability and Consent

  • All clients must complete a detailed medical history form prior to receiving treatment.

  • We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if you are deemed medically unsuitable.

  • Informed consent must be provided before any treatment begins. You will be advised of the potential risks, side effects, outcomes, and aftercare requirements.

  • We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes may vary based on individual factors.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

  • A non-refundable $50 deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward the cost of your treatment.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in a loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

  • We understand that emergencies can arise. We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will consider each situation individually, and exemptions may be granted at our discretion.

  • Late arrivals (more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time) may result in a shortened or cancelled appointment, at our discretion.

3. Treatment Packages and Promotions

  • All treatment packages, pre-paid treatments, or promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law.

  • Packages must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase.

  • Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.

4. Results and Expectations

  • Cosmetic treatments are highly individualised and results may vary.

  • Follow-up appointments or additional treatments may be required to achieve or maintain desired results.

  • Photos may be taken before and after treatment for your clinical records, with your consent.

  • No guarantee is given regarding specific outcomes, and we advise realistic expectations.

5. Aftercare

  • Aftercare instructions will be provided post-treatment. It is your responsibility to follow these carefully.

  • Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect your results and could increase the risk of side effects or complications.

  • If you experience any concerns after your treatment, please contact us promptly.

6. Payments and Refunds

  • Full payment is required at the time of service.

  • We accept cash & eftpos.

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, or unused treatments in a pre-paid package.

7. Minors

We do not provide cosmetic injectable treatments to individuals under the age of 18, even with parental consent.
